It’s not every day we hear a story about a DUI driver nearly nude and drunk, so the internet is buzzing over this one. The exact charges haven’t been made clear but it’s certain with property damage and leaving the scene of an accident, the state penalties will be much more severe if convicted.
The AP news report also indicates she hasn’t retained an attorney but obviously it wouldn’t be a bad idea for her to get a good one.
