Huntington Park Courthouse location
The Huntington Park Courthouse is located at 6548 Miles Ave in Huntington Park, CA 90255. The Huntington Park Court only handles traffic matters and very limited civil cases such as unlawful detainers and small claims issues. Huntington Park Traffic Court is located in South Central LA near the intersection of Gage and Alameda. If you made a square with the 10 freeway across the top, the 105 across the bottom, the 110 to the left, and the 710 to the right, the Huntington Park Courthouse would be right in the middle of your square. Parking is available at meters located behind the courthouse and generally available since the courthouse does not serve a high volume of visitors. The Huntington Park Courthouse kind of looks like an old mission and it has more character than most courthouses built in LA County. It almost has the feel of a court you would find in a small town and they only have two departments once you get inside.

Huntington Park Traffic Court
Traffic tickets at the Huntington Park Courthouse include both arraignments and traffic trials. Traffic cases with failures to appear or failures to pay are handled by a private collection agency known as GC Services. Anyone with traffic warrants or tickets in collections should contact a lawyer with experience dealing with traffic cases in collections. Individuals charged with driving without a valid license or driving on a suspended license should exercise caution due to the risk of increased insurance premiums, or further suspensions for being a negligent operator and receiving too many points on a DMV record. Unlicensed drivers may also face immigration issues. Anyone dealing with immigration issues should take care to avoid misdemeanor convictions. Hiring a lawyer to assist you with traffic court issues can be cost effective when you factor in the savings from reduced fines and the other penalties that can be associated with a conviction.
